Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Locations BoopBox ships within the United States only.

Shipping Rates We offer:

  • Standard shipping on orders under $70
  • Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
  • Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times for standard shipping typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier. Express delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. BoopBox is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
