Where do you ship?
At this time, BoopBox ships within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are usually between 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original packaging.
Please note that opened treats, used grooming products, and heavily used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.
