Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product — in that case, we'll provide a prepaid return label.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
